at 15:20 kitchen is closed. On google maps this place is designated as an open cafe, that is, people go to it hoping to eat, but in fact they get to the bar. This is somewhat unfair. Perhaps somewhere in small letters it is indicated that at certain hours there is no cafe, but only a bar, but we did not see this inscription. The hosts can set any schedule and work as they please, not paying attention to the needs of customers, but I came, lost time and went hungry and I rate this...

Whilst in Braunschweig, I had the pleasure of discovering a restaurant that proved to be an excellent find. They offer a variety of tasty dishes, but there is one particular item that truly stands out and merits special mention: the BBQ Pork Ribs.

Great little place.

We got the Feuertopf soup (lots of meat, reminded me of a thinner chilly$, which was really great, and the ribs (super tender, fall off the bone, melt in your mouth delicious), which was also great.

If you are thinking of getting the ribs, i would suggest splitting them (and getting soup), it was a lot of food - we didn’t finish all of them.

Building is small, and rests between two much larger buildings. Inside is quaint and decorated....
