Bei unserem letzten Besuch waren wir mega zufrieden, die junge Mann der uns bediente war super freundlich, sehr serviceorientiert. Heute ein richtig großer reinfall. Die weibliche, dunkelhaarige Bedienung mittleren Alters warf uns die Karten auf den Tisch. Getränkwunsch wurde abgeschmettert mit der Aussage.. Gleich.. und läuft weg. Dann kam sie mit der Aussage man muss ja drinnen auch bedienen. Als wir uns dann doch nach drinnen setzten kam kam sie sofort und meinte der Tisch wäre reserviert... Kein Hinweis auf dem Tisch und alle Tische waren leer, bis auf einen mit einem Mann. Sie kam dann und wischte den Tisch sauber mit dem Ausspruch, ich muss noch wischen, meine Kollegen haben gestern nicht sauber gemacht. Als das Essen kam wurde ein falsches Gericht gebracht... Ich sagte.. Stop, dass hätten wir nicht gestellt, Fisch mag mein Mann gar nicht, dass hätten wir ganz bestimmt nicht bestellt. Die Bedienung ... Ja, kann ja mal passieren... Wollen sie es trotzdem essen... Unsere Antwort... Mein Mann isst kein Fisch. Die richtige Bestellung kam dann zügig. Als sie dann kein Trinkgeld bekam schien die gute Frau sauer. Aber solch ein Verhalten entschuldigung, nein. Auch diese langen Fingernägel und das dutzend von Gästen die man nicht kennt in der Gastro... Geht gar nicht. Wir kommen wieder, keine Frage...
