Fast service. Nice clean and warm. Good view of the square. Rather limited menu for vegans and the lactose intolerant but literally every bar, wine cellar and restaurant that serves food is either just serving drinks or is completely shut for the winter. Avoid if you don’t have cash. The waitress doesn’t tell you they don’t accept cards when serving you. We were short 80 cents on cash (which we offered to cover with £1, but was regused) were made to find the nearest ATM and leave my phone or passport behind as a guarantee (for the sake of 80 cents!!) This is a fast-food-style restaurant selling classic German dishes like schnitzel and currywurst with fries at reasonable prices. It is clean and spacious, and the service is fast.
