I've been to [ais] multiple times, and each visit has been nothing short of amazing. The service is incredibly authentic and friendly, and the staff is genuinely top-notch. They make you feel right at home. With their extensive selection of ever-changing ice cream flavors, it's always a delightful challenge to choose. Their vegan ice cream is a hidden gem, you'd hardly believe it's vegan! What's unique is that you pay by weight, giving you the freedom to have as much or as little as you want.

What truly sets [ais] apart is that everything they serve, from ice cream to chocolate and pralines, is produced in-house. The taste and quality, along with their exceptional craftsmanship, are just on another level. The coffee is also excellent. The modern and colorful ambiance adds to the overall experience. Trust me; it's worth visiting [ais] - I've been back around 30 times, and I'm still not tired of trying everything they have to offer

The freshest eis you've ever tasted! Flavours tasted fresh out of a summer garden and eis was house made. Cute atmosphere with pastel colours and hand written flavour labels in German. Lots of plant based eis and many flavours providing eis for every one. Highly recommend lime mint eis and blood orange eis. Creative name too, such a unique ice cream shop. One thing, wish we'd brought the hund to try the...

Fabulous ice creams and sorbets, excellent and very friendly service - we came specially from Belgium to Köln to try this ice cream....it was definitely worth the journey! Top!! Update: now we are regular customers we find ever more delicious ice creams and sorbets at Ais [ais], not a vegan myself but I am a convert to their vegan offerings in all flavours, as good or even better than ice cream...
