Burger King Köln — Restaurant in Cologne

Ordered a so called Bacon king. But there is only one layer of Bacon, one piece of meat( in the photo it’s two pieces) a couple of tomatoes, a slice of cheese and a slice of egg. That’s all! Ridiculous, the photo shows that it supposed to have 2 pieces of meat, lettuce, cucumbers and onions with a lot of Bacon.

I understand they always exaggerate what they have, so I can accept Bacon king with a little bit Bacon. However, they always have what they show on the photo. Maybe they put a little, but will put! This time they didn’t give me a lot of ingredients, and the time I ordered was 8 am in the morning. There was a few customers. I can say they intentionally lie to customers, otherwise how could they miss so much while they were not...

Food is what you'd expect from Burgerking. It was made properly though.

The service was run by one hard working employee at the cashier and maybe 2 cooks in the back. Considering that, they were very quick to deliver orders.

The place itself is quite dirty and has occasional visits from noisy and rude people, eating there like they own the place, causing quite a mess. I'd recommend take-away.

The biggest issue with this Burgerking is the fact, that it's located before the security check and not AFTER the security check. Meaning, you either eat there and hope that the queue for the security check isn't 2 hours long OR go inside where you will only find overpriced coffee and bakery which, in quite honesty, is very mediocre in...

First, the machine for food selection didnt print out a receipt and a pickup number, so we mentioned it. In stead of putting up a sign they just said to wait and look for the plate if it had our food, other food selection machine had the a similar problem. Second, they made my ice cream first and it was standing there waiting till the hamburgers were ready. Third, They gave my hamburger (without cheese) to the wrong person, twice! So i had to wait for it a long time. In the meantime i asked for my ice cream because it was already becoming very liquid. There were so many people behind the counter, it looked they were being in each others way constantly for the 15 minutes we were waiting.
