KAMPuS by Kamps — Restaurant in Cologne

05.04.2023. At 15:51hrs We bought a cup of tea to sit in. For some reason I was being directed not to sit on a sit I wanted to sit where we had the option to charge our phones. Mind you I am also a woman of color, so now the lady also a woman of color for some reason trying to save her self from cleaning the other area on my account. I asked her why i could not sit on the sit of my choice her response was she is alone i was like ok i still don’t understand because they was someone else sitting on the other side why am i being directed where to sit. She said the gentleman was almost leaving. i sat on the place she directed me and even left before the gentleman left. I find it was a disrespectful and direction of power for absolutely no reason. For a service provider like “Kamps ”Funny and very unusual. I asked her if she was closing she said no. I am still perplexed at her behavior and disrespect because under no reason have i seen anyone being directed on where to sit in a Kamps bakery as well as how this particular...

AVOID THIS PLACE COMPLETELY! I would not even give one star for it. But have to write this review on how ashamed and awful experience I have had. There is a Thai lady who works there. A black hair ponytail lady from Thailand I guess. She had finished cleaning the floor and I wanted to come in. Before I came in I heard she was shouting to another customer before and she left without even entering. I would never recommend this place. She doesn’t speak german fluently probably because she hasn’t gone to get an education in Thailand. But one thing she knows for sure is how to fight well...

We took two M size coffee Monday 24th July at around 5:20. The worker at the till rudely said one of them was L size because 'it had a little bit more coffee in it'. He gave no option to discuss it. It is obvious from the cup what is M size and what is L size. We paid the difference because we are polite enough not to create a fuss, but I would appreciate receiving a follow up from you.
