If coffee had a religion, Jackson Kaffee Rösterei would be the cathedral and the baristas would be your high priests of espresso enlightenment. I walked in craving caffeine and walked out questioning why I’ve ever settled for bitter, burnt beans elsewhere. This place doesn’t serve coffee. it performs miracles in mugs.

The aroma hits you like a warm hug from a bearded philosopher who’s just spent a year in Guatemala studying single-origin beans. The vibe? Industrial chic with a soul. The staff? So friendly I started wondering if they get paid in hugs and free therapy sessions.

I ordered a flat white and instantly felt like I was smarter, better-looking, and probably more employable. My friend had an iced flat white that made her tear up...either from the taste or from the existential realization that Starbucks is basically brown sadness in a cup.

Long story short: if you’re in Köln and not stopping by Jackson, you’re doing coffee wrong and probably making life harder than it needs to be. Go....

Loved the place, is small and cute. Really want to come back. I would love if they were open more often or also on Sunday, so I had more chance to go. But definitely they got all the details...

Best / cutest / quietest / nicest cafe in town ! Coffee taste amazing, prices are really low for the high coffee beans quality. Should be open the all week 😉 Places like this are really rare...
