Nonna Napoli — Restaurant in Cologne

My friends and I stopped by yesterday just to get a single pizza we could share. We chose a simple margarita and after being served by the friendly staff we went on our way. Now, I have had many pizzas, I love pizza, I will never stop loving pizza and I'm not joking when I tell you, that margarita blew all our minds. We weren't even gonna get anything at first but that margarita.. I actually can't get it out of my head. The use of mozzarella instead of shredded cheese, the basil, the taste and consistency of the crust. I think that was the best pizza I have ever eaten. Had dinner with two of my friends. Our reservation was at 8pm. I arrived late due to train problems but my two friends arrived on time and ordered without me. My friends ordered again after my arrival and mid dinner, we got asked by the waitress to pack our food to go because the next reservation had arrived and we had only 7 minutes to leave. Never once was it communicated to us the time limit we had, not even after my friends ordered for a second time. We got cashed out after 1h 40 mins of being there. Bad planning and zero communication....

Honestly I expected a bit more from an "authentic" Italian restaurant. They go the length of getting Guanciale (nice!) for their Carbonara, which is great but then add parsley? And parmesan instead of pecorino? The Carbonara still tasted decent, but not super traditional, especially with the truffle butter. Plus the egg started to get clumpy in the sauce, which is a big no-no for traditional Carbonara. It's supposed to be creamy, not scrambled eggs with noodles and cheese. Not a big fan, there's better options in Cologne for the dishes...
