It’s super clean, fast, tasty, good presentation, spicy enough, and all that for a very reasonable price. A few tables outside get filled up.

I give 5 stars as the quality for price is 5/5 and the cleanliness is beyond reproach, but to be critical: 1. The one guy (showing up in a few reviews), who took my order, is rather unfriendly for a Thai and even in Germany a bit too “all business” for the service industry. I brought my dirty stuff back to them (2 workers) and nicely said „Danke… Tschüss“ they didn’t acknowledge me whatsoever awkward! 2. The rice was hard, old, or otherwise not 5/5 tbh. I make better Thai rice at home and certainly had much better at other...

Der Mitarbeiter ist eine absolute Katastrophe! Ich habe dort zweimal vor Ort bestellt und jedes Mal wurde ich von dem unsympathischen Mitarbeiter bedient (ich glaube, das ist sogar der Chef). Beim ersten Mal dachte ich noch, jeder kann mal einen schlechten Tag haben, weil er dort schon ziemlich unsympathisch war. Aber heute hat er alles getoppt. Ich war 5 Minuten vor Ladenschluss da, und anstatt mir einfach zu sagen, dass die Küche bereits geschlossen ist, starrt er mich böse an und sagt kein Wort – als wäre ich in einer Zombie-Apokalypse gelandet. Unglaublich!

Dann bestelle ich eine Suppe, und er bellt direkt "4 €!!" Die Suppe kostet aber eigentlich 3,50 €. Naja, lassen wir das. Ich sagte, ich sei noch nicht fertig mit meiner Bestellung, und er schnauzt mich an: "Jetzt aber schnell, meine Frau geht schon!" Ganz ehrlich, so etwas ist mir noch nie passiert. Dieser Mensch ist unglaublich unsympathisch und offensichtlich völlig ungeeignet, einen Laden zu führen. Wenn man permanent schlechte Laune hat, sollte man keinen Kundenkontakt haben.

Dieser Laden (mit dem Mitarbeiter) ist der Gipfel der Unfreundlichkeit. Wenn ihr reingeht, werdet ihr ihn sofort erkennen. Verschwendet nicht eure Zeit – wegen diesem Laden habe ich jetzt richtig schlechte Laune....

Food is not too bad although very oily… The whole atmosphere is quite fine as it’s very quiet so you can rest or talk easily. Customer service definitely needs to be improved as if you don’t speak fluent German you won’t hear even “auf wiedersehen” and I didn’t feel welcome at all… It’s very hard to find a good place in Köln with Thai food, comparing to Düsseldorf where there is plenty amazing...
