I’ve never written a restaurant review before, but Hayati definitely deserves one. I had lunch there today and was really impressed - the food was incredibly fresh and flavorful. I ordered a mixed plate and it was honestly one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. I counted over ten different vegetables on my plate, and everything tasted homemade - the hummus was smooth and rich, the grilled vegetables (zucchini, eggplant, carrots, cauliflower, peppers) had that perfect smoky flavor, and the tabbouleh was super fresh with lots of parsley and tomato.
