Amazing Breakfast in Cologne!!

I had an amazing breakfast at Tore Cologne! Their homemade chai latte with oat milk was absolutely delightful—not too sweet, just perfect. The blend of spices was just right, providing a warm and comforting start to the morning.

The Shakshuka was incredible; a rich, flavorful tomato sauce with perfectly poached eggs. I asked if they could add some feta, and they were more than happy to do so. The addition of the creamy, slightly tangy feta complemented the dish beautifully.

I also enjoyed the grilled veggies sandwich. It was packed with a variety of fresh, crisp vegetables that were grilled to perfection. The sandwich was both hearty and healthy, making it a great choice for breakfast or brunch.

The pancake with fresh fruit was a real treat. It was light and fluffy, topped with an assortment of juicy, seasonal fruits that added a burst of natural sweetness. Each bite was a delightful combination of flavors and textures.

Wir kannten das Toré vorher nicht und es hat sich für uns als wahrer Geheimtipp herausgestellt. Unsere Hochzeitsfeier hier war einfach ein Traum! Schon in der Planung haben wir uns rundum bestens aufgehoben gefühlt – die Chefin hat sich mehrfach Zeit für uns genommen, ist auf all unsere Wünsche eingegangen und hat alles mit so viel Herz und Professionalität organisiert. Am Tag selbst war einfach alles perfekt: das wunderbare Essen, der aufmerksame Service und die liebevoll gestaltete Dekoration. Viele unserer Gäste haben gesagt, dass es das beste Essen war, das sie je auf einer Hochzeit gegessen haben – dem können wir nur zustimmen.
