MoschMosch Darmstadt — Restaurant in Darmstadt-Mitte

Our experience with MoschMosch in Darmstadt was very mediocre. There were very few customers in the restaurant and we were hoping to have a great day. The lemonades were very taste neutral. The main course of ramen noodles was very disappointing, the noodles were almost raw and very uncooked. The soup was very savory at first but when we complained about the noodles we got a new batch of soup which wasn't very pleasant to the taste. The second batch of noodles were fortunately cooked through. No one even said sorry about the food and nothing was discounted from the bill. This is very disappointing because we love ramen noodles and have been to Japan and were hoping to have a very pleasant experience in Germany,this was not the case. Will I go back with the family or suggest this restaurant to my friends... Currently I don't think so, this...

Hi, I used to love that place but it turns out that the vegetarian options are not vegetarian or vegan. Last I went with my wife to MoschMosch we had the Tantanmen Ramen with the vegan beef option. After the first bite my wife noticed a very meaty texture but since ordered vegan we thought it might be a new kind of Veggie beef and we didn't mention anything. The receipt even said vegan. My wife was there today with a friend and she ordered the same. This time it was definitely the vegan ground beef since it did not have the meaty texture from last time.

I don't know who made the decision to serve us real meat but this is an absolute no go. If you offer this kind of options tell your staff to do it properly and not try make fools of...

I have been in this branch of Mosh Mosh many times and one thing that has persistently underperformed is service. Waiters, though polite, seem to be confused all the time, forgetting to serve things or serve the wrong dish. Yesterday me and my wife went there once again and this time not only service was poor but the food as well. The beef was raw and hideous. When we told the waitress about the issue, all she offered was a free coffee. Normal restaurant should not only apologize but also bring the dish again, this time cooked properly (they didn't bring a new dish).
