Amazing and exceeded my expectations Original Syrian shawarma with full of flavor

Update: Heute mal wieder vor Ort gewesen und es war mindestens genauso gut! Das Manakish mit Zatar war großartig und die Falafel diesmal würziger. Aber bitte auf der Karte ergänzen, das Mutabal wird mit Joghurt zubereitet, also nicht vegan!

Authentische frische und selbstgemachte Speise gehen hier über den Tresen. Für mich gab es Falafel, Hummus, Manakish und eingelegtes Gemüse. Die Falafel waren schön kross und angenehm gewürzt. Das Manakish wurde frisch zubereitet. Der Hummus wurde mal ganz anderes interpretiert, für mich mit etwas zu viel Olivenöl und ein obendrauf ein bestimmtes Gewürz. Insgesamt war alles super lecker und definitiv zu empfehlen. Punkt Abzug gibt es nur, weil einige Speisen/ Cremes gegen 17 Uhr nicht mehr vorrätig waren. Aber ich komme sehr gerne wieder, um...
