The delivery person did not ring the doorbell and instead began shouting at me when he couldn’t locate the apartment. I find this behavior unprofessional and unacceptable. It is not the customer’s fault if the delivery person cannot find the location—especially when proper contact options like ringing the bell or calling the provided mobile number were not used.

Regardless of language barriers, basic courtesy and professionalism should be expected from anyone representing your service. If the delivery could not be completed, the driver should have either contacted me or followed standard protocol to cancel or reschedule.

Ordered delivery from Pizzeria Bella Asia last night and it was pretty mediocre. The pizza arrived lukewarm after about 45 minutes, which wasn't terrible but not great either. Toppings were okay but nothing special - seemed like they use cheaper ingredients. For €16 including delivery, I expected better quality. The crust was a bit soggy and lacked flavor. We ordered today from this restaurant. Delivery was almost fast and the food was delivered hot. I ordered their special deal no1, which has two pastas and salad in it. I can definitely say that the salad was one of the freshest and juciest salads that I have had in Dortmund. The Quattro Formagio Tagliatelle was very delicious.
