After more than an hour of waiting for our food, we had to go ask what’s going on. We were told that either the waiter never called the order to the kitchen or the kitchen has messed up, not sure…They offered us to order again and wait. After that experience and given that it was already quite late, we’ve refused. To our surprise, they’ve still let us pay for 2 beers we had while waiting and barely offered an apology…and of course they didn’t take regular credit/debit cards. A serious restaurant would give you a free meal in such situation. Overall, absolutely awful experience and waisted two hours of our time. Had to get a kebab next door. It’s a pity, as I usually stay in a hotel nearby when I am in town, love Cuban food, and the restaurant look quite nice. Unfortunately, with this kind of service I will never be back and will also make sure to pass the word to everyone I know to stay away...

Overcooked meat with a lot of fat, overcooked maniok. Both I managed to eat only bites of. Salad with no dressing. When the owner asked me how my meal was, I respectfully said ‘not great’. The service wasn't that good either. The waiter brought us some Empanadas and didn't specify the filling, that's why it was mixed with my friend's Empanadas but he didn't make another bunch or even apologise for his mistake.
