Starbucks — Restaurant in Dresden

I have become a loyal starbucks customer in Canada and was always satisfied with their customer service. Employees were friendly, kind and did their upmost to serve me as a customer well. Unfortunately, Starbucks Germany does not so well in briefing their employees to be motivated helpful and bringing value to the customers for the price they are paying. But today at Starbucks at the Dresden Central Station topped everything. Their rude employees were not wearing gloves preparing my beverage, even with Covid-measures in place. Furthermore they have poured me instead of a Blonde Roast Latte, I have ordered, just an Espresso cold brew which was not even displayed on the menu. It was bitter, poorly stirred and did not disclose on the cup which milk has been used. This is not what I expect of a drink for 4.69 EUR, nor the attitude of my employees I would tolerate. I am not asking for much, just that I can enjoy and rely on the standards set by starbucks anywhere else...

Too hot, passive aggressive and wasteful

Sure, I got my coffee quite quickly, but the lady who gave me the coffee, or let me say hid the coffee behind the beans was so passive aggressive because I didn’t see it. Let me explain: She put it behind the beans and called “Cappuccino”. When I reacted to say “Yeah, I ordered it.” She just passive aggressively said cappuccino again until I found it, instead of just giving it to me. Then the coffee was so hot, that I could not even taste the bean. I’m no expert but I sure do know, that coffee should not be so hot because you won’t be able to taste it. Also: I’m no fan of those take-away lids due to plastic and instead of asking if I’d like one she just put it on forcing me to throw it away....

Ich komme sehr regelmäßig zum Hbf. Ich freue mich immer wenn die junge,blonde mit Brille Mitarbeiterin oder die dunkelhaarige Mitarbeiterin mit hellen Strähnchen da ist. Da ist meistens top und der Kaffee schmeckt wie er sein sollte. Leider ist aber ständig anderes Personal (Studis) am Werk und da wird leider wirklich einiges falsch gemacht. Entweder dünne, wässrige schlecht aufgeschäumte Milch, schmeckt kaum nach Kaffee oder es wird eigentlich ein kaltes OreoGetränk als warmes Getränk angeboten. Was höllig süß und by the way ungenießbar war. Klar man kann alles machen aber ob man es auch so bewirbt ist fraglich.Schmeckt doch nicht. Ich glaube nicht das dies Starbucks konfirm ist?!..

Leider keine guten Erfahrungen mit den Süßteilen gehabt. Zimtschnecke -total trocken, alt ..Wirklich nicht lecker und dann so ein hoher Preis.Ärgerlich. Ist wohl Glückssache dann wenn es frisch sein sollte ? Auch die Qualität der belegten Speisen - mal ist das TomateRucola Sandwich tiptop und dann wieder nicht. Es ist schade weil es sollte doch schon gleich sein.

Hinzu kommt am Morgen nur einen an der Bedienung haben der dann auch noch die Getränke zubereitet ist kein Starbucks Standard. Sorry. Dann dreh ich um weil ich an einem Bahnhof keine 15 min Zeit...
