The employees behind the counter are playing around. I have ordered and paid, yet the people behind me are getting their orders. After 5 minutes the store employee is asking me “what can i do for you?” I told him I had already ordered and paid, then he started asking more questions in german which was hard to hear. I told him "I HAVE ALREADY ORDERED AND PAID!" what more questions do you have!? The store wasn't even busy.

The other day i visited and some chap in his 20s was behind the counter ALONE and started mumbling and mispronouncing some English words, after repeating my order a couple of times and not going anywhere i left the store WITHOUT A COFFEE. How hard is it to give a man a coffee?!

They need to hire sober, level headed, professional people who can focus on their jobs and perform the basic tasks, so a man can get in there and come out with a...
