Bäckerei Terbuyken — Restaurant in Dusseldorf

I am actually a loyal customer of Terbuyken. When I was living in Tussmannstrasse I’ve tried Terbuyken and love their croissant. I highly recommend Terbuyken’s croissant. It was NO.1 in Düsseldorf in my heart. But today I was sooooo disappointed to receive such a bad croissant ! It’s so much smaller than ever before and it’s not crispy at all! I can’t understand the chocolate croissants looked still as big as the normal size. But a normal croissant can be so much smaller and the color is so different from others and those before ! Or only my croissant is so different ??? This croissant is also baked not thoroughly! The daigh inside is not crispy and thick because layers are sticked each other! If I tasted this croissant first time, I will never visited terbuyken or recommend to others at all. I can’t understand why the quality of croissant in this shop and in the shop of TußmannStraße and Luegalle are so different. Don’t they come from...

Ich möchte meiner Empörung über den Umgang einer Ihrer Mitarbeiterinnen Ausdruck verleihen. Mir wurde an der Kasse zu wenig Geld herausgegeben. Als ich dies bemerkte und zurückkehrte, um den Fehler anzusprechen, wurde ich nicht nur in einem unhöflichen Ton behandelt, sondern regelrecht angeschrien.

Die Mitarbeiterin unterstellte mir in aller Öffentlichkeit, ich hätte das Geld bereits ausgegeben oder in einer anderen Tasche – eine vollkommen haltlose und beleidigende Behauptung. Anstatt den Sachverhalt professionell und respektvoll zu prüfen, wurde ich wie eine Lügnerin hingestellt.

Nach langem und unangenehmem Hin und Her erhielt ich den fehlenden Betrag zwar zurück, jedoch in einer herablassenden und respektlosen Art, indem das Geld mir schlicht hingeworfen wurde. Eine Entschuldigung blieb aus.

Ein derartiges Verhalten ist für mich absolut inakzeptabel und zeugt von mangelnder Professionalität sowie fehlendem Respekt gegenüber Kunden. Ich erwarte, dass Sie diesen Vorfall ernst nehmen und entsprechende Konsequenzen ziehen, damit andere Kunden nicht ähnliche Erfahrungen...

The staff here is rude. I wanted to have a quarter cheese cake, am other terbuyken stores have no problem with that, but this particular one is strange.
