The hummus is earthy and creamy, the kibbeh are fried to crispy perfection, and the tabbuleh salad is zingy and refreshing. The highlight is the mutabbal, both the classic aubergine and the zucchini version, which are smooth, slightly smoky, with a touch of acidity from lemon—outstanding, and by far the best around.
