It was an unbelievably awful experience for us. It was my sisters birthday that day. And the boss(woman) is racist to us. We were so happy to go to this Chinese restaurant to celebrate her birthday at first. But the boss(woman) just ignored us all the time and refused to recommend food for us in a really bad attitude. She said she would never give us recommendations because we were in Germany and there was no such service in European countries. However, she went to recommend food for another table of German customers, which was hilarious! It was a terrible experience. Everyone got so upset that night just because of this. We went to another restaurant after this. She definitely has racism because she treats people with different races in different ways. I have ordered fried rice with beef and fried noodles with chicken for a lunch. The amount of food is really enough for an adult person. The taste of rice was good. But noodles one is not up to the standard what I feel. The best part is, the food was fresh and warm. The price is okay considering food amount, but taste can be improved.
Service is good, no complaint about the service. There is a parking space may be in front of the restaurant. But we did not park, I am not sure about the details of parking. Please check yourself before you plan to go.
What I liked most about it is the atmosphere is cozy and friendly with a big dining area. You can have great time with your family and friends. I visited China Town restaurant in Düsseldorf today with clients. The food was okay in terms of taste, but the presentation was careless. The Peking duck sweet and sour was just thrown on the plate, with the sauce served separately. The starter soup was tasty. The service was completely overwhelmed and neglected to clear the table. In the basement restroom, there was no soap. When I tried to order dessert, I was rudely told that dessert isn’t available with the lunch menu. After waiting for some time without our order being taken, we tried to pay. After another long wait, we finally paid and left with our clients, without dessert or coffee.
