The cook and people working there have 0 sense of what the smell and taste would be like when the ingredient has gone bad (or you can say rotten).

Today we went there. My Tan tan was totally fine. However, the Tonkotsu Ramen has gone 120% bad.

I reported that to them, yet they just said “sorry” and did nothing.

At the same time, there were two other Tonkotsu Reman rend to another table, the small of food gone bad was also there.

According to my 30 years+ rotten food experience, I can tell you it was 120% not edible/unhealthy, though I have no proof.

Therefore. my goal was to inform them that they should figure out what has gone bad, and nothing happened.

I would say, the chef has no nose to identify that, which is a serious warning sign.

Please be aware if you taste something sour or like garbage.

I really like Takumi, good food, but the service has become terrible. They close very early and look at you weirdly if you come at 7.30, an hour before closing. A family coming in just after us was refused service despite the place being empty. They were then very slow to serve, despite the apparent pressure to close. We were literally thrown out towards the end, with plates being pulled off the table whilst we were still eating. They kept on repeating that they’re closing and really made the point they didn’t...

Bilder sagen mehr als tausend Worte. So beruht meine Bewertung auf dem, für mich gesprochenem, Betrug zwischen den Bildern und dem tatsächlichen berechneten Preis. Die Bilder auf der Karte zeigen die Suppe mit kostenpflichtigen Zutaten, die auf der Karte in minimalster Schrift dargestellt sind. Der fett gedruckte Preis ist der für Grundsuppe. Nun, wir sind das erste Mal überhaupt beim Ramen-Japaner gewesen und haben uns, wie bei anderen Restaurant durchaus ja auch üblich, von den Bildern leiten lassen. Umso mehr waren wir von der Preisgestaltung erschüttert. Statt der erwarteten 14,80 €, wie mit dicken Lettern ausgewiesen, kam die Suppe 22,80 €, was ich dann doch als exorbitant empfinde. Auch das Ambiente im Außenbereich entsprach eher dem Standard eines Imbiss, als dass es diesen Preis gerechtfertigt hätte. Vielleicht waren es auch die Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten mit dem Servierpersonal. Ich möchte bemerken, daß alle Vorspeisen und die Suppen gut geschmeckt haben.
