Dear Castos Management,

I'm writing to follow up on a 2-star review I left for your restaurant approximately two years ago. While the food was excellent, the service fell short as our wait time for the meal exceeded an hour.

Recently, I received a surprising email from Google regarding a claim you filed against the review. The claim disputes my presence at your restaurant on that date.

Can we give 6 stars? They deserve 6 stars!

The service was excellent, the food was excellent and the wine pairing was excellent! I had the best wine I've ever tasted (and the most exclusive).

We trusted our host regarding the menu and wine, and we were not dissapointed. All of the dishes were so nicely prepared, with a lot of flavours going so well together and amazingly paired with the wine. Everything tasted fresh and like it was made with high quality ingredients.

It is a very popular restaurant, with good reason, so I highly recommend booking a table in advance. They take so well care of you, always attentive even on a friday evening when the place is packed.

Heard about this restaurant through local friends, and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere was good, although quiet. This pizza came unsliced (with an instrument to slice it), which is something I’ve never seen before. The cheese was delicious and the toppings followed suit. There was not much sauce, but I tend to like pizza without too much sauce, so this is not a negative for me. The breading was incredible (as typical with Europe), but I would have loved to see a better ratio between the breading and the other ingredients. 8.1/10 pizza. Very close to the best pizza I’ve had.
