horrible experience.. went Thursday evening very nice pub. Good covid protocol the Barman was a nice guy but unfortunately out of his depth. the guy was only working there for a couple of days should never have been left on his own. first pint of Guinness was ok.... the second pint brought tears of laughter to the people in my company. . half a pint of Guinness half a pint of head with bubbles you wouldn't find in Erding Therme. we ordered three glasses of water for which we were charged €2.90 each😱 . we ordered three fish and chips. the fish was edible the chips were a disgrace. a burned hybrid between crisps and fried potato. . I have been to horrible Irish pubs before but this has topped the list of very horrible :( very bad experience with the staff who seem very incompetent or just busy talking to their mates who are customers and you have to wait for ages to be served … the stink of deep fried food is terrible. Having seen a lot of Irish pubs in Austria & Germany and given the fact that Erding is not exactly a very multicultural city, this pub is surprisingly nice and humble while still providing a very satisfying variety of beverages.
