This time, unfortunately, I have to take the trouble to share my deep disappointment with the service. We were looking forward to stopping by with my wife and young child after a long time, but after the first glimpse of the service, it was clear to me that it was going to be something typical again, so we have decided just to order something to drink. However, when I finally managed to get the attention of the attendant, who came over without a greeting, reluctantly and with a look on her face, I couldn't with whether I could ask for refreshments or quickly run away and not risk being the target of some black magic. I dared and asked. Of course I didn't leave with a sense of relief but with the feeling that I was indeed a very unwanted person there. I asked for drinks. The lady went to ask something and then came back. I didn't really understand, but I gathered that it might not be possible to take it with me, so I suggested that I would wait at the table then. I loved this place 2 years ago, the food was delicious, the staff was very nice and the prices were reasonable. My favorite dish was their burger. Two years ago, the burger included a juicy patty, bacon, and pickles. Now this dish has been ruined. The price has increased, there is less cheese, the bacon and pickles have disappeared, instead of a patty there is dry meat with veins. Simply put, the food is no longer worth the price and has become worse in quality. The staff is no longer so polite. If before the staff asked if everything was okay during your meal, now the staff does not pay attention to you, ignoring your comments and make you wait long, they only saying routine phrases. Der Versuch, an einem Sonntag dort Mittagessen zu gehen, scheiterte heute kläglich. Schöne Location? Ja. Neue Kunden gewünscht? Offenbar nicht. Wir waren heute genau 2x dort - zum ersten und zum letzten Mal. Uns wurde sofort gesagt, dass es wegen Personalmangels kein Essen gäbe, auch keine Kleinigkeiten - dieses bekäme man nur auf Vorbestellung. Der Witz dabei ist, dass wir am Tag davor über die Website reservieren wollten. Das wiederum ist erst ab 10 Personen dort möglich. Wir waren leider nur zu dritt, das klappte daher nicht. Diese Beschränkung ist angesichts der nötigen Vorbestellung völlig unverständlich. Meine Bemerkung, dass ein Hinweis zur nötigen Vorbestellung auf der Website hilfreich wäre, wurde mit "darum kann ich mich jetzt nicht auch noch kümmern" kommentiert. Wenn die Gäste für die eigene Überforderung verantwortlich gemacht werden, stimmt irgendetwas nicht. Schade, Gastronomie lebt neben guten Gerichten/Getränken insbesondere von der Dienstleistung verbunden mit freundlicher Kommunikation ... das gab es dort leider nicht. Für die längere Wartezeit bezüglich unserer Getränke, die wir trotzdem bestellt hatten, da zwei der drei Personen nicht gut zu Fuß waren und eine Pause benötigten, könnte man bei entsprechender Kommunikation noch Verständnis aufbringen, für die fehlende Gastfreundschaft nicht.
