Despite mentioning "gluten free options" on their website, the staff member who served us did not know the phrase in English or German. Unfortunately, this resulted in my 'gluten-free' meal coming with bread on top. When this was pointed out, and that the rice pilaf had pasta, the staff member appeared very confused. When the manager was sought by the now-upset staff member (they really want to make their customers happy), the manager seemed just as confused about what glutenfrei or gluten free mean.
