Fantastic new Italian restaurant in the Hotel am Schillerpark close to the Merkel'sches swimming pool and thermal bath, The chef is from Siciliy and the pizzaiolo is from the south of Italy, the waitresses too. The food is delicious and the food is great, the atmosphere of the restaurant is quite romantic with candles and flowers on each table and the service is very friendly, you feel really looked after. The restaurant is completely non-smoking and there is a pretty outdoor area in a small garden next to a fish pond. They are also open on Sundays for lunch and dinner. This restaurant offers variety of Italian dishes. Restaurant is in city area and on main Street. Service personal were polite, friendly and English speakers which is rare in esslingen area. We had pasta and vegeterian pizza. Pasta was quite tasty due to fresh pasta sauce. Pizza was OK and had nothing special. Restaurant has enough places inside and out side. This place seems to be favorite for old people. I saw very few young crowd in restaurant.

Restaurant does not offer car parking for restaurant visitors and could be a problem in evening time.

Wir wurden zwar höflich empfangen aber das was uns danach erwartet hat war katastrophal… Fangen wir mit meinem Gericht an, ich habe mir eine Pizza Pirata bestellt, die viel zu salzig war und die Garnelen auf der Pizza waren schlecht verteilt und nicht einmal durch. Mein 1. Kollege hatte eine Pizza Quattro Formaggi. Die Quattro Formaggi besteht normalerweise so wie man es kennt aus 4 Käsesorten und nur wenig Tomatensoße oder sogar auch ohne Tomatensoße. Er bekam eine Pizza die mit Tomatensoße vollgeklatscht war und es waren nur maximal 2 Käsesorten auf der Pizza. Mein 2. Kollege hatte die Pizza Parma, der Schinken war wie Gummi, der Teig war nicht durch und der Parmesan war einfach nur ekelig, mehr kann ich dazu und will ich auch nicht weitersagen…. Meine Freundin hatte sich eine Pizza Funghi bestellt, die Pizza war bedeckt von Pilzen das man nur Pilze anstatt Pizza geschmeckt hat und außerdem waren die Pilze kalt und haben nicht geschmeckt. Der Service war katastrophal, die Mitarbeiter/innen waren nett, ABER sie haben ziemlich lange für die Gerichte gebraucht und auch zum abkassieren, eine weiter Frechheit fand ich dann als eine Mitarbeiterin zu uns meinte ob sie zu uns kommen soll das wir zahlen können weil sie erwartet hat das wir nach vorne an die...
