It was around 3 o clock today, we were there and we wanted to eat something salty. When we asked if there is anything salty to eat, we were met with strong rudeness from the tall guy who worked there. He laughed at our faces and he told us abruptly that they were closing soon and gave us the feeling that this was a silly question to ask, so we were not feeling welcome there. How are we supposed to know at what time they are closing today, since there were no updates online. The moment we told him that, he just gave us the same angry look and rude attitude that they don’t to that at all during holiday periods. Wollten uns zwei kleine Törtchen aussuchen und zwei Milchkaffee für draußen dazu bestellen und haben ein absolutes Chaos erlebt.

Es sind scheinbar viele Mitarbeiter, aber keine klare Struktur. Man weiß als Kunde nicht wo man was bestellen soll und wo zahlen und die Mitarbeiter wirken unfreundlich und chaotisch.

Irgendwann konnte ich zwei Törtchen an der Theke bestellen. Die Mitarbeiterin hat keine Plastikhandschuhe angezogen und einfach mit der Hand die Törtchen rausgeholt. Eine andere zuvor hatte noch Plastikhandschuhe drüber gezogen.

Dann wollte ich Milchkaffee bestellen und dann ging das Chaos los. Die Törtchen wurden dann einfach auf irgendeinen Tisch gestellt, wo direkt davor mindestens drei fremde Leute mit Kinder standen und rumtobten. Ich fragte mich was das soll. Dann wurde ich unfreundlich an eine andere Theke zum Zahlen geschickt und musste mich wieder neu anstellen. In der Zeit fragte ich mich was meine Törtchen an den fremden Menschen sollen. Da kann jeder davor stehen und drauf spuken und die Kinder hüpfen davor herum. Als ich die Kuchen weg nehme wollte und die unhygienischen Bedingungen kritisiert habe, wurde ich nicht verstanden. Die Mitarbeiterin meinte die Törtchen wird sie irgendwann vorbeibringen. Warum nicht sofort?

Milchkaffee kam 15 Minuten später nachdem wir die Törtchen schon gegessen haben.

Ich fühlte mich total unwohl in dem Laden. Aus meiner Sicht ist der Laden völlig schlecht organisiert und auch die Mitarbeiter haben keine gute Regeln im Umgang mit Kunden und mit Hygiene. Nicht empfehlenswert. Einmal...
