During my visit, it was also surprising to note that the hotel appeared to be nearly empty. Despite this, the service was not tailored to create a welcoming and accommodating atmosphere for the limited number of patrons present.

A specific incident occurred when my companions and I visited the hotel after a trip to the castle. We intended to have a quick lunch before catching our train, but encountered an unwelcoming situation. The waiter's insistence on our seating location and his subsequent rudeness left a sour taste in our mouths. Even when we tried to explain that his initial invitation led us to sit where we did, his behavior remained unpleasant.

It's my suggestion that the hotel management consider implementing visible guidelines for the establishment. Clear instructions for patrons regarding standing while enjoying drinks and any other relevant policies would help set the expectations from the outset.

Additionally, the matter of discriminatory treatment should be addressed urgently. No guest should feel uncomfortable or unwelcome due to their appearance or background. Promoting an inclusive environment benefits everyone and contributes to a more pleasant experience for all patrons.

In conclusion, my visit to peperonica racist pizza store had its ups and downs. While there were elements that impressed me, the negative experiences related to the service and discriminatory behavior need to be urgently addressed. In a rush (50minutes) to catch train and wish to find a restaurant taking something quick. Because this restaurant is so close to the train station, I decided to push my luck.

But I pushed the total bad luck. I specifically asked if I can finish in 50mins. The waiter with moustache said yes. However, once I only waved my hand I was “served” with a lecture that I will be answered ONLY after those come before me.

The most infuriating thing is that I did not even speak a word or anything at all and was being lectured with a whole 2minutes speech that I should respect other customer by waiting for god’s sake!

The waiter with moustache can simply tell me in the first place that there was not enough time to take my order. Anyone listening to it will just leave peacefully.

Such act of giving lecture of “how to be a good customer” only displayed his arrogance, ignorance and disrespect. I felt so sad to the owner that hiring such “thing” will only lead to the eventual ruin to the business. Please seriously reconsider.

I was so glad to have walked out only after 5mins. I did believe I would be left to wait for over an hour if I actually took his lie. Just skip this restaurant. Anyone can find good takeaway from nearby served fast with big portion and respected...

NOT RECOMMENDED TO FOREIGNER !!! who are not german or speak german!!!!!

The waiter is impossibly impolite and i felt really discriminate and unequally treated comparing us foreigners and german customer behind us!!! Seriously surprised with such a bad serviced !!! After waited for table, before that waiter lead us to table , waiter scream to my face 3 times if i have time !!!! I was very surprised of his expression and he just embarrass me right in-front of other german customers behind me . I have no idea how the food be like but it wasn’t worth at all to find out. End up we just walked out after that waiter again keep us wait for quite some time again . And so lucky we left without order anything coz after reading reviews, it might get worst if we waste our time there !!!
