Sehr schade was in den letzten Jahren hier aus dieser Filiale geworden ist, das personal wird zunehmend unfreundlicher und man hat echt probleme eine Bestellung aufzugeben da so ziemlich fast kein Deutsch gesprochen wird. Auch die Sauberkeit lässt ziemlich zu wünschen übrig. Abgesehen davon glaube ich manchmal, dass ich meinen ohren nicht trauen kann, mit was für einem Umgangston dort gearbeitet wird. Sowohl die Kollegen untereinander als auch die vorgesetzten zu ihren Angestellten sind überwiegend gestresst und scheinen mit der Situation nicht klar zu kommen oder ziehen sich einfach aus der Affäre und verlassen den Laden. Auf Alkoholisierte Gäste wird überwiegend falsch reagiert und der rechtlich richtige weg wird hier nicht eingehalten es wird einfach nur von beiden seiten meist gepöbelt. Da frag ich mich Natürlich auch vorhaben die Schichtleiter in Ihre Qualifikation her? Meiner Ansicht nach fehlt es hier eindeutig an ganz vielen Fortbildung und qualifikationsnachweisen. Auch wenn das hier nur Vielleicht eine kleine Filiale von einer großen Kette ist verstehe ich es nicht wie man unqualifiziertes Personal an die Breite Masse der Gesellschaft ran lassen kann um diese adäquat zu bedienen.
