Your waitress was not 'rather rude', but 'just' rude. Instead of apologizing right away, she questioned my answer. Your waitress called me multiple times, NON-STOP, until I picked up my phone. The first thing she said was 'Did you take our candle?'.

Your waitress did not even check the tables around or talk internally in advance, but call me multiple times. This is the matter of being professional or not. Did you not get the point?

From the moment you decided to call ME and interrogate me to know if I took your cheap candle, you saw me as your suspect of stealing. You should ask your waitress if she apologized right away, when she confirmed that she FOUND the candle on the next table.

I left my number to you, so that you can contact me, when you cannot provide your service, but I did not agree that you call me non-stop after I paid.

If you had to confirm our reservation by sms already, why did you call me at 9:30 pm one day earlier AGAIN? I had replied your sms to confirm the reservation, and you called again in the late evening. Could you not call the next day during the day?!

You left us no choice but left my phone number so that I could make a reservation. However, I did not allow you to question me and disturb me with irrational phone calls after I finished my meal.

I will not write you an email to tell you how you can improve your food quality. I am going to write my review here: The texture and the taste of the food in the same dish are different. Some dishes are extremely salty. Certain sauces doesn't match well with the ingredients.

My sincere question: Do you offer real spanish tapas or RATHER fusion?

Yes, I mentioned Weiße Lilie, and I am glad that you are happy to know I had a better time there. You might also want to learn from Castillo Iberico Tapas & Paella Bar-Restaurant as well. My friends and I had great experience with them, too. They offer really nice Tapas. I hope you find my true-hearted tipps helpful.

I personally don't believe that people took your plastic candles and bring them back. I wonder how many people would really believe that, but you wrote it yourself, so ... :)

If those plastic candles are so important to you, warn your customers before they order, or tape some sensors under them.

Be careful people who want to eat there! They are very protective of their cheap plastic candles. As long as those candles are not found immediately after you leave your table, they are going to call you and question you, if you TOOK (STEAL) them.

I ordered 71€ worth of food there, and paid 75€ in total for their average tasteless food. After I left, I was called three times urgently and was questioned by a woman if I TOOK their cheap candles - (they simply wanted to ask if I STOLE their candles).

After I told her nein, she asked again “Nein?”.

I went back to their restaurant and this woman dared to play dumb and claimed she only wanted to „ask“.

To this unprofessional person: You did not check other tables, you did not check with other service personnel, but you called me 3 times (from my perspective, you harassed me), questioned my answer to you, and had no guts to admit that you called me more or less a thief! Did you not know, since the moment you decided to target me and called me, you implied that I was a thief!

I just paid you 75€ and you think I would even want to steal your cheap candles? You claimed that your precious plastic candle costs 20€ each, I would suggest that you should buy from DM, as they cost less than 3€ for a pack of 4.

By the way, before I arrived there, I had to confirm the reservation via text and disturbed by a phone call after 9pm a day before to confirm it again!

Instead of checking your candles and insulting your paying customers, you should learn not to bother people with your disturbing phone calls.

Unfortunately Destino has released one of their best and friendlies Co workers Pit. He was the heart and love of Destino who kept everything together with frivol fun and creating a cool environment. This was the go to place to celebrate ever single I've released when returning to Frankfurt. Now that Pit has been "fired", probably due to the new ownership, I will no longer have Destino on my go to with friends or party for future music releases. A very sad moment. Maybe this is the reason last night was empty....

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Wir hatten für besondere Anlässe reserviert für unsere Weihnachtsfeier. Nach 2 Stunden wurden wir leider regelrecht sehr unhöflich rausgeworfen, da der Tisch nur für 2 Stunden reserviert wäre. Leider wurden wir darüber nicht informiert und auch in der Reservierungsbestätigung stand nichts darüber. Es hieß dann wir wurden versucht anzurufen aber es wäre die falsche Nummer abgegeben wurden. Wir hatten nicht mal eine Nummer, sondern nur eine Email angegeben. Zudem hätten wir dann als wir ankamen informiert werden können. Von der Dame kam nicht eine einzige Entschuldigung, da sie nur mit Rechtfertigungen beschäftigt war. Wir wurden dann mit 4 Personen an einen 2er Tisch gequetscht und teilten uns zu 2. Einen Stuhl. Uns wurde kein zusätzlicher Stuhl angeboten. Als wir unsere Teller auf den noch leeren Nachbartisch neben uns stellten, da wir leider keinen Platz mehr hatten unsere Getränke abzustellen, wurden sogar noch sie Augen verdreht. Unsere Weihnachtsfeier wurde demnach einmal komplett gesprengt. Sehr schade ohne diesen Vorfall wäre ich sicherlich wieder gekommen. Da ich allerdings darauf Wert lege wie ein zahlender Kunde und nicht wie ein unerwünschter Gast behandelt zu werden, werde ich den Besuch leider nicht wiederholen. Es kam auch kein Entgegenkommen, wie beispielsweise ein Getränk aufs Haus oder ähnliches, was in dieser Situation das mindesteste gewesen wäre. Schlechtester Kundenservice den ich bisher...
