We came to the restaurant and waited for the waiter to come to us (while the restaurant was empty and very few people sitting). He didn’t come to us.
So we ended up taking the menus and sat on a table. While we were sitting and waiting for this waiter. This waiter came to us and loudened his voice at us , took the menus away from us and slammed the menus on another wooden shelf/table and shouted “this is not self service, you need to wait till you get a table, you cannot sit outside” and again he said “this is not self service”. And the funny part is that there were 3 people sitting outside… we literally said sorry at first and we honestly regretted to apologize because he continued to be very rude and did not deserve an apology. We ended up leaving the restaurant because we felt that we were being kicked out based on his behavior. By the way, this man was short and a little fat and has a tattoo on his right arm. This waiter had 0 sympathy. He is not qualified to be a waiter. This is not how a waiter should treat their customers. Any customer would see this rude and extremely unprofessional. I know that in Germany, they like to be “very professional” in their work. So if such a society likes to stay professional with their work then this restaurant should be hiring people with professional attributes, NOT with vulgar behavior like his. Normally waiters like these get fired. But if they don’t get fired then they normally get strong training on hospitality and...
Read moreGood food. We would come back for the food. But the macho waiter needs to go back to ibiza: only attention to (blond) women, spills drinks while serving, although moving quite slowly, keeps chatting at tables when obviously people want to start eating, claims to speak many languages but mixes the compliments with insulting bad language(!), throws away his notes on our order and comes back without the menu, asking what we had ordered, forgets to inform the kitchen making us wait 1:20 on our pizzas, only to find out that one of the 4 was wrong (no surprise really). Corona: his mask was on his chin only. But there is hope!! His colleague (younger guy wearing an apron) is fast, friendly, servs everyone, comes to bring a round of drinks and remembers who ordered what, apologises for the long wait, wearing his mask over mouth and nose (as per german rules).
Dear Ciro il Lattaio, keep up the good food and nice price but ask 'him' to return to Ibiza and give the...
Read moreThe middle-aged man who claimed to be the boss of this restaurant had a very bad attitude towards the customers. We waited for 20 minutes to order. The first time we raised our hands to order, he saw it and did not say anything! We actively sought help from a lady, and her attitude was very good, but he refused. He said he would order for us himself! And the outdoor tables were dirty! When he came to take the order, he was very unfriendly. During the ordering process, he communicated with us in very poor English. During the ordering process, he said that we wasted his time. He also claimed to be the owner of this restaurant. We can eat if we want to, and we can leave if we don’t want to! It tastes a bit of racial...
