This restaurant owner is rude as xxxx, I went had lunch there and she did not give me any good attitude, when I pay, she told me no visa, so I told her I have debit card, I’m visiting from united state so I don’t really know what she was trying to tell me, she got no patience at all told me only cash, so I went to get cash, after I pay i ask her did I do anything wrong? Worst experience ever. Terrible food, worst service ever. Unfortunately, today we had a terrible experience at Home Ramen, Pfingstweidstraße, Frankfurt. To our amazement, the owner did not accept our discount voucher and refused to credit us on the appropriate amount. After a few minutes of argument, we realized we have been tricked. At the beginning of the evening, everything looked fine, but the owner did not say anything until the end of the evening when we had no chance but to pay the full amount. Food was OK. Service brusque as I remembered to be. What made our day was the payment. After having conceded a 10% tip, the lady at the counter refuses to process my payment. She demands I show what cards I've stored in my Google Pay. She doesn't intend to process my payment unless I make sure an debit card (EC) is shown to her. That's because Visa and Mastercard charge her some fee. Fee which I'm sure is abundantly covered by the tip. Such an obtuse display of rude and greedy behaviour should be rewarded with the loss...
