Ein kulinarisches Highlight in Frankfurt – Shomal begeistert auf ganzer Linie!

Mein allererster Besuch heute im Restaurant Shomal war ein voller Erfolg – von Anfang bis Ende ein echtes Geschmackserlebnis. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich drei Gerichte, die mich nachhaltig beeindruckt haben:

Die Vorspeisenplatte war der perfekte Einstieg – liebevoll angerichtet mit einer tollen Auswahl an kleinen, traditionellen Spezialitäten. Besonders köstlich waren das Kashk Bademjan (Auberginen mit Molke) und Mirza Ghasemi (gegrillte Auberginen mit Knoblauch und Ei) – beide cremig, aromatisch und einfach unwiderstehlich. Jede Komponente hatte ihren eigenen Charakter, und zusammen ergab sich eine wunderbare Vielfalt auf dem Teller.

Als Hauptgerichte wählten wir die gefüllte Dorade und das Morgh Torsh – beide absolute Highlights. Die Dorade war außen knusprig, innen saftig-zart, mit einer aromatischen Kräuterfüllung, die perfekt mit dem Fisch harmonierte. Das Morgh Torsh war wunderbar ausgewogen im Geschmack – die leicht säuerliche Sauce mit Walnüssen und Granatapfel war ein Gedicht, das Hähnchen butterweich.

Auch der Service war top: aufmerksam, herzlich und professionell. Die Atmosphäre ist stilvoll und gleichzeitig einladend – man fühlt sich sofort wohl.
