Chay Vegan Kitchen — Restaurant in Göttingen

We came two on a Saturday at noon. The restaurant is really pleasing and the atmosphere is very nice and silent. We received our order very fast. Staff was friendly. We had the duck on mango sticky rice and the beef bao buns with sweet potatoes. The food was absolutely amazing. The texture of the meat was incredible, both for the beef and the duck. I was really excited about an all vegan restaurant. Sadly our experience was not great, possibly due to it being a busy Friday. Some people in our group received their food pretty quickly, however the rest of us had to wait almost two hours for our meals, even after asking multiple times. Ein Sehr vornehmes und modernes Restaurant. 👍🏼 Das Chay Vegan Kitchen überzeugt mit Veganer kulinarischer Vielfalt und ich persönlich der kein Veganer bin aber seiner veganen Freundin eine Freude machen wollte eine perfekte Gelegenheit. Das Essen war sehr schön angerichtet und es war sehr lecker. Persönlich finde ich nur das die Tische zu nah aneinander stehen und Privatsphäre nicht garantiert ist, weshalb wir sehr gut über die Studentinnen die neben uns saßen bescheid wussten. Jedoch das Restaurant mega schön eingerichtet ist. Weshalb es nur 4/5 Sterne für Ambiente gibt. Vom Service her könnte die Bedienung etwas schneller arbeiten bzw. Servieren, da der Koch immer sehr schnell fertig war aber bei einem Restaurant ist nun mal viel Betrieb also verständlich. Deshalb nur 4/5 Sterne. Das Essen war eine Symphony der Perfektion, garniert mit Safran, Kräutern und Gewürzen welche bestens auf den Geschmack der jeweiligen Speise abgestimmt war. Deswegen 5/5 Sterne. Bezahlt habe ich für mich und meine Begleitung insgesamt 57€, für 6 Small Bites und 4 Getränke was sehr Gut ist gerade weil es auch ein besonderer Anlass war.
