This meal will linger in my memory as one of the best meals I have ever had. I ordered the Jägerschnitzel, with the turkey instead of pork. The salad had the perfect amount of house dressing on it. The mushrooms were amazing! The turkey cutlet was tender on the inside with a wonderfully crunchy exterior. And the fries, you know how you have that perfect French fry in your head, that is perfectly cooked but you start to wonder if it really exists and if life is just full of soggy, mealy, warmed over fries that disappoint you no matter how quickly you start eating them after the order? The perfect French fry exists, and this was it.

Oh, what also made this an amazing meal was the location. I sat inside to avoid the smoke, but the restaurant is located in a quintessentially German looking area near tight streets lined with Fachwerkhäuser.
