I never write negative reviews on anything just because I tend to give excuses for people to explain and accept their mean or bad behavior, however, this time was too much. My friend and I arrive for the Morning Breakfast Buffet, we wait for 17 minutes, no one shows up to our table, yet the servers were standing next to the Bar counter laughing and talking to each other (a Tall boy and a Hoody wearing girl with a Poneytail). My friend and I start to doubt that maybe the breakfast is self-service, so I go to them and ask the girl as kind as possible if wr could have the breakfast buffet, she looks at me without saying good morning back and just nods yes. I was confused since I saw she didnt ask us if we want something to drink as well. My friend told me maybe we are only allowed to have the orange juice the others are having. We get the buffet plates and start eating, no one comes yet to ask us for drinks. They were still next to the Bar talking and laughing. We waited for 6 minutes for them to be done, yet, they were not so I decide to once again, go myself to the SERVICE (irony) and ask the guy this time if we could please- after apologizing for interupting their conversation- have something to drink with our buffet. He says okay and I leave. My friend who was looking at the scene take place, sees him throwing his hand in the air and signaling to the waitress in annoyance behind my back (guess he was pissed that I did his job which he could not do for 30min). My friend and I were pissed at how rude they were, not even a smile on both their faces through out all of this. The only good thing about the encounter was the sweet blue eyed, meduim hair lengh blond sweet heart of a Läufer who brough us our drinks with the biggest smile on her face and kept smiling at us everytime our eyes meet. I planned two team events with my company there and I reserved in advance. The first event I arrived early to make sure that everything was set up and the waitress just told me “sure you can sit anywhere”. I told her it was a large group and that we would need a grouping of tables and she said “ok” and walked away. I asked someone else if they were going to set up the tables and they acted like I was inconveniencing them. I figured maybe they were having a bad day and I let it go. I made a second reservation and it was the same exact thing, only this time they didn’t want to arrange the tables at all! I had to end up doing it myself and figuring it out for myself to accommodate the large group. I won’t go here again and I won’t plan my team outings at this establishment again.
