McDonald's — Restaurant in Hagen

Mc Donald's Dive-in on Enneperstreet in Hagen, Saturday evening 6PM. No queue or waiting time. Let me add I am native German. I tried to order a cheesburger and French fries. The lady answering my call was not able to understand my order and instead repeated the name of the ailable menues, which I did not want. Finally she asked us to come to the drive in counter where she called a colleague for help. While I got at the end what I had asked for, my friends were less lucky. They tried to order a menue as listed on MacDo's website which was not availble. At the end they settled for two of the three (or four) availble choices, but they asked also for one of these 2 standard burger menues to be served without cheese. They got one burger with three toppings instead of 2 and one burger with only cheese on it. That they mixed up the drinks when serving was neclactable. - Since we were in a hurry, there was no point wasting more time returning and complaining. I am no regular MacDo customer, but saw nevertheless quiete a few of their restaurants while travelling the western world. This one had the worst service I ever experienced. The helping colleague was friendly and tried at least to explain the limited choice in menues talking in an understandable version of German, but the lady who talked to us first neither spoke sufficiently German nor English nor French to take any order via speaker or at the counter. In the result, she was stressed and passiv agressive.

Useless to say, that I did not find any complaint form on...

This is the worst McDonald’s i have ever seen I ordered a chicken burger then the salesman ask me to buy the combo then I tried that sheiße….. I request the people who ate gonna visit this McDonald’s, you have many better options . The burger which I have doesn’t have sauce and it was not fresh...

Es ging zwar schnell, aber das Essen war einfach nur widerlich. Ich habe mein Essen zwar in unter einer Minute bekommen, aber die Burger wahren, ohne zu übertreiben wahrscheinlich schon ne Stunde abgestanden. Trocken, hart, kratzig. Und von den Pommes möchte ich garnicht erst anfangen. Einfach nur widerlich was einem dort aufgetischt wird. Der Burger sah wie eine Chinesische Plastik imitation aus und hatte eine entsprechende Konsistenz. 2 Cheeseburger sind echt nicht viel (sparmenu) und da ich nicht zu selten bei Mcs bin kann ich nur sagen dass das nicht dem Essen eines normalen McDonald’s entspricht. Ich habe mein Essen weggeschmissen, ich kann nicht ausdrücken wie ekelig das war. Ich hoffe der Laden wird schnellstmöglich dicht gemacht, oder findet zumindest einen anderen Manager. Ich schreibe nie Bewertungen bei Google, so abartig war das. Tut euch den gefallen und geht...
