We stayed a total of 6 nights at the Hotel Lex and found it pleasant, clean and comfortable. It is located very near a bus stop, the train station and the passenger area of downtown Hagen. Our room was large, light, quiet and airy. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. The hotel desk is open 24 hours so we could come and go as we pleased. In addition, when we had to check out very early to catch a train, they provided and an early breakfast for us. I stayed at the Hotel Lex because of its nearness to the Bahnhof. It was only a 5 min. walk to the hotel. My room was clean and comfortable but a little small. Since I was traveling alone, this was OK with me. The breakfast was the typically good German spread with eggs, meat, breads and rolls. Einfach top – ich komme gerne wieder!

Ich hatte einen rundum angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den sehr netten Nachtportier, der mir sogar beim Einparken meines Trailers vor dem Hotel geholfen hat – das ist wirklich nicht selbstverständlich! Überhaupt war das gesamte Personal sehr zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und freundlich.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und bietet direkt vor der Tür Parkplätze, die sogar für Autos mit Anhänger, Busse oder Wohnmobile geeignet sind – ein großer Pluspunkt! Die Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr besetzt, und es gibt die Möglichkeit, jederzeit Snacks und Getränke zu kaufen – sehr praktisch.

Mein Zimmer war sauber, die Matratze sehr bequem und auch das Frühstück konnte überzeugen. Die Bedienung beim Frühstück war ausgesprochen freundlich und hat mehrmals nachgefragt, ob ich noch Kaffee möchte – toller Service!

Insgesamt ein einfaches, sauberes, zentral gelegenes Hotel mit sehr aufmerksamem und nettem Personal. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder!
