We accidentally stumbled upon this place and we were actually looking for a bathroom but as soon as we walked in we loved it. The chai latte is so delicious. The atmosphere is so cozy and friendly. The staff were very kind and welcoming. While we waited to order we could see them preparing the food and it looked fresh and very tempting. It is a perfect place for a little coffee date, brunch or just a chill day of drinking coffee and reading a book. They have vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options which I appreciated. This place was just great with its delicious and fulfilling breakfast plates. Everything we had was really tasty and we also appreciated that the “Nachhaltigkeit” was very well considered in many of the contents. Although it was a very busy sunday morning, staff was doing their work quite well, also being kind and friendly. Only negative thing to note could be, because the place is a bit small, some tables are placed really close, which can be considered normal for a weekend breakfast in Hamburg. I discovered Meet Me in the Morning before our city trip to Hamburg, and I’m so glad I did! It’s such a lovely spot — cozy, stylish, and full of charm. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.
