New Vietnam - Best of Asia — Restaurant in Hamburg

We’ve been coming here since 2020, and by now it honestly feels like visiting family. Yen and Pham are always so kind and generous, the portions are big, and they really care that you leave happy. The place has such a relaxed, welcoming vibe — very LGBTQ+ friendly, and even our dog is always welcome.

The food is always fresh and full of colorful vegetables and salad, and the presentation is so thoughtful — everything looks as nice as it tastes. My favorites are Pho Bo, Pad Thai, Nem Hanoi, the fried chicken breast… and every now and then they surprise us with their homemade sesame balls for dessert, which are amazing.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, im New Vietnam die Pho & ein leckeres Reisgericht mit Hähnchen und viel leckerem Gemüse zu kosten, und ich muss sagen, dass es grandios geschmeckt hat! Das Gericht war frisch zubereitet und hatte eine perfekte Kombination aus Aromen und Gewürzen. Die Portion war ausreichend und der Preis war angemessen.

Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant war ebenfalls sehr angenehm. Das Restaurant ist in der Lage, eine entspannte und einladende Atmosphäre zu schaffen, die eine perfekte Kulisse für einen gemütlichen Abend mit Freunden oder Familie bietet.
