In the realm of culinary disappointment, an encounter unfolded at a place where taste seemed to have abandoned its post. The waiter, a portrait of insatiable apathy, welcomed us with a countenance suggesting we were intruders in his sanctum. Zereshk Polo, presented with a lackluster flair, invoked thoughts of my Armenian grandmother's culinary mastery, a stark contrast to the flavorless reality on the plate. The voluminous serving of rice felt as excessive as the overall experience. Regrettably, this gastronomic escapade shall not be endorsed, and my gesture of a tip was a nod to courtesy, not culinary prowess. A lone star flickers in the darkness, reserved solely for the refuge found in a pint of beer – a fleeting beacon in a tasteless abyss. If zero stars were an option, it would have been granted with an...

I am so disappointed that a restaurant with such food has such low quality service. One of my family members requested for a change in our food due to allergy purposes and instead of trying to change our food and apologize for their mistake, they instead gave us such a horrible attitude. They gave more of an attitude than a teenage girl who is going through their first ever period. They walked past our table many times, even stood there staring at our family, and STILL didn't get the food we requested back. I don't think it takes a Persian kitchen 30 minutes to make simple French fries. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest coming here. Poor services and honestly the food isn't as good as authentic, Persian food. So maybe go...

It could be 5 stars, I went there the first day of my visit in hamburg, It was friday lunch and was everything perfect. The second day I went there again on saturday lunch, it was a bit crowd I sit there for 20 minutes and no one came to me to receive the order. Maybe it was because of crow or maybe because I was alone. They didn't even want to see me. They received order from 3 other tables which came after me. I was really disappointed and left the place. They ruined my day. But thanks to the one guy there behind computer who tried to apologize and invited me inside again. 1 star left for this problem And other star left for the rice. The rice is basmati and not...

Went to Qasr Restaurant and honestly, it was one of the best meals we’ve had in a while. We ordered ghorme sabzi, zereshk polo with chicken, and qaboli polo—and every single dish was packed with flavor. The ghorme sabzi was rich and herby with super tender meat, the zereshk polo had that perfect mix of tangy barberries and fluffy saffron rice with juicy chicken, and the qaboli polo was hands down our favorite—fragrant rice with sweet carrots and raisins, and perfectly cooked lamb. The place feels cozy and authentic, the staff were really kind, and you can tell the food’s made with love. Can’t wait to go back.
