I am so disappointed that a restaurant with such food has such low quality service. One of my family members requested for a change in our food due to allergy purposes and instead of trying to change our food and apologize for their mistake, they instead gave us such a horrible attitude. They gave more of an attitude than a teenage girl who is going through their first ever period. They walked past our table many times, even stood there staring at our family, and STILL didn't get the food we requested back. I don't think it takes a Persian kitchen 30 minutes to make simple French fries. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest coming here. It could be 5 stars, I went there the first day of my visit in hamburg, It was friday lunch and was everything perfect. The second day I went there again on saturday lunch, it was a bit crowd I sit there for 20 minutes and no one came to me to receive the order. Maybe it was because of crow or maybe because I was alone. They didn't even want to see me. They received order from 3 other tables which came after me. I was really disappointed and left the place.
