Trattoria Lili — Restaurant in Hamburg

Introduction was nice. Ordering went quick. Then the first issues began.

We ordered 2 pre-courses. One arrived - the second one we never saw.

Then the main dishes came and were quite delicious.

After that the staff just ignored us more or less. No asking for new drinks, no removal of finished plates. Just us, a candle with a fly in it and the last sips of our drinks.

Then not our waiter but someone else came and removed plates we finished 20m before. That person did not even bother to ask us if we liked the meal. Nonetheless I mentioned we want to have a dessert. Got ignored. Person turned around and walked away without talking with us.

In the end I needed to wave at another waiter who then got us our waiter we last saw when we made our initial order. He looked disinterested, we paid our bill - which did luckily include only one pre-course - and left the restaurant.

Chef was really good, but the waiters...

Amazing! I requested for a decorated “happy birthday” on the Panacotta dessert plate and they planned a whole birthday song as the whole staffs came out with the dessert with a candle and even put the dessert on the house. Immediately became my favorite Italian restaurant in Hamburg.

In addition to the magnificent service and staff, the food was also superb! I would also say it’s cheaper on the price than other Italian restaurant with great quality and taste!

The atmosphere of the restaurant was also very cozy, well decorated, nice music and just makes you want to go back. It’s located not far from the Sbahn station and is quite central....

Achtung, Betreiber lässt negative Bewertungen löschen! Ursprünglich hatte meine Begleitung die Bewertung verfasst, diese wurde von Google wegen angeblicher Diffamierung gelöscht. Unglaublich. Eine negative Bewertung ist doch nicht gleich Diffamierung? Es kann sich jeder selbst ein Bild machen, unten die Original Bewertung.

Wir sind hier schon so oft vorbeigefahren und diesmal endlich reingegangen. Leider war die Erfahrung nicht so prickelnd. Erst wurden wir in den lautesten und vollsten Bereich am Fenster platziert, muss ja voll aussehen, obwohl im hinteren Bereich alles frei war, um dann 40 Minuten ignoriert zu werden.

Wir konnten dann doch noch unsere Bestellung aufgeben, 2 unterschiedliche Fleischgerichte. Nicht sehr kompliziert. Leider kam dann zweimal dasselbe Gericht, was wir trotzdem akzeptiert haben, wenn es auf der Rechnung auch korrigiert würde. Leider waren beide Portionen sowas von überschaubar, als wäre eigentlich eine Portion in zwei aufgeteilt worden. Ich war da schon so enttäuscht, dass ich davon kein Foto machen wollte. Es sah richtig verloren auf dem riesen Teller aus. Zwei kleine Stücke Fleisch, als Beilage ein Brokkoli Röschen, zwei halbe mini Kartoffeln und zwei Stückchen Möhren und ein mini Salat. Wirklich? Geschmacklich war das ganze ok, nichts Besonderes, aber satt wurde man davon natürlich nicht. Eigentlich schon unverschämt für den Preis: 21€ pro Portion.

Natürlich wurde das falsche Gericht erst auf Nachfrage auf der Rechnung korrigiert. Bezahlt haben wir zu zweit mit je einem Glas Wein, 1 Flasche Wasser und den 2 Gerichten 70€. Viel zu viel für das Gebotene. Service war freundlich aber etwas chaotisch, obwohl das Restaurant bei weitem nicht voll war. Es wurden bei anderen auch Gerichte vertauscht, mal kamen 3 Kellner bei anderen an den Tisch, mal keiner. Schade, gehen wohl doch nur Pizza und Pasta bei Italienern, um satt zu werden. Wir kommen wohl...
