Terrible Customer Service Experience – Avoid if You Can
I had a very unpleasant experience with a worker named Buba at this location. The day before, I accidentally left my Apple AirPods (3rd Generation) with Lightning Charging Case at the Gym. Since I was going on holiday, I made a special trip in the afternoon to retrieve them.
Instead of assisting me, Buba was incredibly disrespectful. He asked me to verify that the AirPods were mine, which I understand, but his aggressive tone and lack of professionalism made the whole situation uncomfortable. I had no reason to take time out of my holiday unless I was genuinely trying to recover my forgotten item. I explained in detail what I had lost, including the model of the Case and mentioned exactly when and where I had left them. Despite all this, he continued to be rude and dismissive, showing no willingness to help.
In the end, I had to leave empty-handed, wasting my time with no solution. Now, I have to return tomorrow to go through this frustrating process again. If this is the kind of customer service they offer, I will not be coming back, and I certainly don’t recommend anyone else...

I didn't work with the trainers much; therefore I can't rate them in detail just yet.
-1 star due to the limited availability of warm-up mats in the area accessible to men. Often, one of the mats gets moved for classes, leaving only 2 mats.
This problem gets further exacerbated by female gym members, who have their dedicated women-only area and mats, but will often take up the mats in the corridor too.
Unfortunately, some tend to have long chats about the meaning of life and what lies beyond the edge of the universe, causing long waiting times.
