Vin Aqua Vin BREW CLUB and WINE — Restaurant in Hamburg

We arrived at the shop at 10:05 p.m. yesterday. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by the first interaction with the waitress. She approached us in a very unfriendly manner, not even greeting us, and immediately announced, "For your information, it is the last round." When I pointed out that we still had an hour until closing, she insisted that she needed to inform us, despite the fact that the place continued serving rounds after her announcement.

While selecting a bottle of wine, which was priced at 11.50 EUR, the waiter (who was very nice) checked with the same waitress. She removed the price tag and charged us an additional 15 EUR, making the total 26.50 EUR for the wine. Additionally, we paid 10 EUR for olives and a few small pieces of cheese.

Although the wine was nice and the place cosy, the rude treatment we received from the waitress left a bad impression. We will not be returning if we are to be served by the same...

We stopped here last weekend for a wine and Glühwein. A friend tried the Glühwein, and didn’t like the taste of it at all. So we asked if we could order a glass of regular wine instead. We got a glass of the other wine but we still needed to pay the Glühwein in fully. Usually they would take the item of the the bill or at least offer a discount. But nope not here :( but the location is nice and the shop looks nice too. But I if I would like to buy wine I would prefer to go to another shop where I’m allowed to touch the wine bottles on the shelf’s so o can read what is standing on the etiquettes. But we are not allowed to touch...

"Gastfreundlich" mal Anders: arrogantes, des-interessiertes Personal, die wartenden Gäste im Eingangsbereich wurden nicht mal angesprochen und verließen das Lokal nach längerer Wartezeit wieder.. Der Laden war wirklich mal gut, ich bin früher gern hin gegangen. Der "Service" heute war eine Frechheit. Ich werde nicht mehr hin gehen

Ergänzung als Antwort auf die Rückmeldung des Inhabers: Vielen Dank für Ihre umgehende Rückmeldung, das finde ich gut. Einen Moment warten zu müssen, ist selbstverständlich kein Problem, aber dass 3 unabhängig voneinander zur Tür herein gekommene Gäste-Pärchen, die einen Tisch zugewiesen bekommen möchten (es waren ja noch Tische frei!), weder angesprochen werden noch kurz Blickkontakt vom Personal aufgebaut wird ("gerade ist Viel zu tun, wir kommen gleich auf Euch zu"), empfinde ich als arrogant.
