I ordered from Lieferando today a Yoko Sushi poke bowl, which never arrived after all. The estimated delivery time was 25-30 minutes and whenever I was checking the status of my delivery, the time was already passed. Of course I requested a refund through Lieferando and a Lieferando agent informed me that the restaurant does not want to give me a refund.
