So for those who don't know vapiano, and who's German is as bad as mine, this is how it works (maybe. It's what we did anyway). Get a plastic NFC card from the staff member at the desk just inside the door, and a menu. The card tracks what you order. Find on the menu what you want to eat, and go up to the counter inside and to the right that has a sign above it matching the section of the menu the thing you want is in. Ask person behind the counter for that thing, and put your NFC card on the reader that has a matching symbol to the card, that is on the front of that counter. You don't get the thing straight away necessarily, they'll cook most (all?) of it fresh. Desserts might be different. Take a disc with the number off the top of the stack that matches the number the guy behind the counter said. This will buzz when that dish is ready. Repeat for each dish/counter you want to eat. Each counter has a different disc type. When the disc buzzes, go collect your dish from that counter. Repeat for each buzzing disc. Once you have all your dishes, take them to a table and eat them. Once you're done, take the NFC card to the front entrance counter and they'll use it to tell you how much it all cost and you pay.
Drinks are done the same except they're inside to the left at the bar, and you don't get a disc. Just tap the card.
Hope that helps someone else do things a little less stressful than we did while hungry...

The concept is simple you will have a card .... N.B : don't loose it otherwise you pay 50 euros for it With this card you go in front of each section ... salad / Turkish pizza - pide / grilled .... you put the card and you select the dish
