Bull's Kitchen | Burger, Steak & Co. — Restaurant in Hanover

They were out of cheese and steaks by 18:00 pm on a Sunday and the staff were quite rude overall. Food was quite okay, nice burgers but overall nothing special and the staff added to the injury by just being simply rude. The moment we entered, they rudely said we can't even sit before ordering (we reserved a place beforehand) and it's winter, I wanna drop off my jacket maybe? 😂they were also upset we didn't think we would pay for mayo - later we ordered and paid for it and they brought it to the table very angrily 😂 I dunno, it's ofc not easy to work in the service sector but nobody's forcing you to do this job? 😬 I don't think I will go again...

The food was good. The burgers were maybe a bit more cooked than they should be but they were still delicious. The sweet potato fries and the wedges were great! The only thing that could be maybe more organized is the service. We were told to take a place since the service will take some time. But then we saw people who arrived later ordering before us. Our bill also didn't make any sense. There is a combo deal but at the end we noticed at home that we actually were billed for every single item of the combo...

We were SOO hungry and the burger totally satisfied us in every sense 😁 only thing to complain is people don't give a heck about Corona and workers should warn them...

(edit after 7 months) We went there more than twice after that, everybody I invited there clearly tasted the dry & bland patties, and, usage of sauce was overmuch. It was nearly impossible to eat the burger with satisfaction. Fries were still good but since it's a burger place, obviously, they lost a...
