BURGER KING Deutschland GmbH — Restaurant in Hanover

Terrible place! Every time we order there, the staff makes mistakes! EVERY TIME! Why does it happen? Even today, I’ve ordered 4 meals for my family, as they have only take away, we drove home. At home we realized, that they put junior sizes! We paid 8.59€ For big size, but we’re given burger for 2.49. Also I’ve paid for extra sauces, they also didn’t give it to me. But it’s not much, the worst thing is that we have to drive there again, to change our menus, when it’s already late evening. We’ve been left hungry by this BURGER KING!

bURGER KING you should want him your staff!!! Every time they forgot/missed all the order! Every SINGLE TIME!!!!!!...

beware of rip-off parking - we just came back from eating in the restaurant and our car was ticketed for 30 EUR for not having the parking meter on the windshield. We had eaten many times there before but just recently they have started enforcing this rule and are ticketing people without the meter, regardless of how long we were there (not even an hour). We didn't even see a sign for this change and NO ONE in the restaurant gave us a heads up. We called them right away and they admit they're getting similar complaints every day. Management is definitely trying to make some extra money off their regular customers. We will go somewhere...

Food tastes good and staff is nice BUT orders are always wrong!! It's especially irritating when it's small things like missing onions.

You usually don't ACTIVELY search for everything on ur burger but I suggest you do that with burger king!!

Tip: CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE!!

Through those countless mistakes, I've also gotten free stuff though. For example they'd accidentally add another big frie to my order even tho I didn't order that. I guess it's not always a bad thing.
