The best kebab I’ve ever had — absolutely lives up to the hype. Worth the queue. Worth the wait. Worth sitting down to write this review. We found this place while searching for the perfect kebab to close out our last evening in Germany. I’ll admit, we were hesitant—what if it was all just hype? The long queue didn’t help our nerves, and we considered walking away. But the line moved steadily, and we decided to stick it out. I'm so glad we did.
While waiting, we were served a small cup of hot tea—a lovely, welcoming gesture. Before we knew it, we were near the door, watching the hustle and bustle inside. That’s when we noticed the ayran station. A young waitress kindly offered me a small sample—it was my first time trying ayran, and it was delicious. Her genuine warmth and care for the customers really stood out.
The whole operation was a well-oiled machine: ordering, prep, service—everything ran smoothly. Despite the rush, the staff remained calm, friendly, and efficient. We were lucky to find a spot to eat in, and one of the waiters even offered us hand sanitizer before we began. They made a real effort to speak in languages other than German, which we greatly appreciated—thank you!
We ordered two menu options, and the food was fantastic: fresh vegetables, flavorful sauces, and incredibly tender meat. But the highlight? The bread. Baked in-house right before your eyes, and absolutely game-changing. It elevates the entire meal.
To top it off, we were treated to complimentary tea and baklava after the meal, along with refreshing hand wipes. The space was constantly being cleaned—this is not your average kebab joint.
The price? €25 for two. In today’s world, that’s less than a disappointing McDonald's stop on the highway.
To the team: congratulations. Your dedication shows in every detail. I truly hope to return someday, and I wish you continued success. With service and quality like this, it's only a...
Read moreThe place is crowded, but that’s totally understandable! The food is exceptionally delicious and portions are large. Luckily they have great streamlined system to cater all customers fast, so you won’t spend too much time waiting. That’s admirable! Your food comes complete with little starter ‘meze’, I recommend ayran to drink, as they make a fresh one. Meat is juicy, fries full of taste, bulgur is also good, salads are fresh. The high rating is totally justified! Staff is professional and even though they have really crowded place to manage, you will feel welcome! We had to wait few minutes outside to be seated, so we were given little hot tea! Amazing! You can pay by card...
Read moreIt’s all true! My German friend in Canada laughs at me when I say German food is a doner. Of course it’s Turkish but it is what I look forward to when visiting Germany. I have had them throughout the country on trips over the last few decades and to say I’ve finally tasted the best is a big thing! The fast moving line up outside says it all. The food is fresh and tasty with all the accoutrements and sauces you could want. If I had to complain about something? The fries were a little salty but that is no reason for anything less than 5 stars PLUS! English is a bit of a challenge, but after 3 people, a nice young server helped me order and kept checking on me as I...
