Went there 3 times so far but might not go anymore. Food quality is good. Presentation could be better. Staff is friendly. The right place to sit is upstairs as they have somewhat nice decorations there. However, it can get pretty loud there depending on if there are a lot of families with kids. Also, I don't like one waiter in particular there as he kind of expects you to pay him tip. Once he even mentioned it directly and then tried to turn it into a joke. It's not USA or so, that one should mandatory pay it. I pay a tip only when I want to and I'm 100 percent satisfied. Also, the same waiter told me that payment by card is not available on a particular day when it was. Lastly, they don't provide a normal bill recipt if you are...

First and most important thing, they prepare the döner themselves(probably) and it is NOT minced meat, they use very thin slices of meat stacked on top of each other.(The original recipe)

Döner was delicious, but a bit overcooked, and one side of it was almost charred. Slower cooked version would've been much better.

Ambiance of ground floor does not resemble much of a restaurant, but when you go upstairs, it is much better, with a small bar at one side...

Good food and good service for a fairly new establishment....

The place is nicely decorated upstairs and the waiter (the one who wears a hat) is so friendly, professional and nice, they give complimentary tea like the usual Turkish restaurants.. but the food was really bad, the orders came cold, the Burgul was made maybe 2 days ago, no one liked the soup it had a stale taste (usually Turkish soup is great but we were disappointed), the Kitchen forgot to make one order so we cancelled it eventually.
